Catherine Hartley

Catherine has been a loyal and happy client of HJB for 10 years prior to joining HJB as General Manager 01/02/2010. Catherine was appointed to the position of CEO at HJB as at 01/10/2010. Catherine’s role is to set and manage the strategic direction of HJB and to oversee the operations of the organisation.
Prior to joining HJB, Catherine enjoyed a successful and expansive career in corporate Australia and private professional service firms over the past 25 years. From 2007 – 2010 Catherine was the Central Queensland General Manager of Herron Todd White Property Valuers. She co-founded and was the General Manager of Hartley Healy Family Lawyers, the first boutique Family Law Practice in Brisbane (1998 – 2005). Catherine was appointed to the Management Board of Sema (National IT & Communications Company) and was the National Project Manager of Sema (1992 – 2000). Catherine started her career at Telstra (1985 – 1992) and was appointed to the position of National Direct Marketing Manager of Telstra in 1990. Catherine has received national and international marketing awards and was nominated for Telstra Business Women of the Year Awards in 2001.
Catherine is passionate about HJB and the positive difference HJB makes in our clients’ lives. Catherine is deeply committed to HJB and she is looking forward to working cooperatively with both our Staff and Clients, to make 2012 a great year.
